Exhibitor registration opens June 20.

“Probe is the premier college tour offered in the state, providing access to postsecondary opportunities for students from the north Georgia mountains to the coast and everywhere in between, ” said Clinton Hobbs, Probe’s executive director.

Hobbs continued, “Probe fairs, held in local communities, offer valuable face time for college representatives to make human connections with prospective students and their families.”

College exhibitors may purchase an All-Tour Pass for $3,050 or target their travel by market by selecting individual fairs (prices vary).

New Rep Orientation and Kickoff Reception
College representatives who are new to admissions or the State of Georgia are invited to attend an in-person New Rep Orientation and Kickoff Reception on August 26 at the Marriott City Center in Macon, GA.

During this 1.5-hour event, attendees will learn how to represent their institutions during the tour best, get safety and travel tips, and discover how to get the most out of the Probe tour. The cost is $15 per representative and includes the orientation and reception.

The cost to attend the kickoff reception only is $35 per person.

Probe Tour Scanning App
The Georgia Probe College Tour uses touchless information sharing. Students, parents, and other professionals register for fairs in advance to receive a QR code to share with college representatives. Each registration includes a one-time, all-inclusive scanning app fee of $150, covering all fairs and available to all representatives.

Probe Partners Program
College exhibitors are invited to join the Probe Partners Program. Partners share limited contact information from their Georgia student inquiry pools. Inquiry data is aggregated to promote the tour and local fair registrations. Probe Partners, in turn, receive student registration data from the tour.

New for the Fall 2024 Tour

High School Workshop Goes Virtual
Our High School Counselor Workshops are shifting from three in-person events to a new virtual meeting on August 22. This format change provides a more convenient way to reach counselors across the State.

Tour Overview for College Reps
College representatives are invited to a pre-tour virtual meeting to review the schedule, receive tour updates, and ask questions.

Probe Fair Host Virtual Meetings
Probe will host three virtual meetings for local fairs hosts. These meetings will review local fair standards, promote student registration, and answer host questions.

Group Fair Registration
Local high school counselors may “group register” students for their local fair. Counselors will receive a PDF document including each student’s registration QR code to hand out. Registered students will receive their code via email, as well.

Parents and Independent Counselor Fair Registration
Parents and school professionals can register to attend a local Probe fair and receive a QR code to share with college exhibitors.
