Group register students for your local Probe Fair and receive QR code “tickets” to hand out. Review the data requirements below and use the provided spreadsheet template to submit your student registrations.

Please note: your request must be submitted 72 hours in advance of your intended fair date.

Data Requirements

The following data fields are required for group registration:

First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Address 1, City, State, Zip Code, High School Graduation Year, and Birthdate.

High school name is automatically added to student records from the form below.

These fields are preferred, but not required for registration:

Home Phone, Cell Phone, and Address Line 2.

Preparing Your Registration File

Download the spreadsheet template and enter student information. You must use this template to complete the group registration process and your file must contain student email addresses.

Add student information to the template, complete the form below, then upload your file. After we receive and review your file, we will send you a confirmation email with a PDF file of your students’ Probe Fair QR codes.

The registered students will also get an email containing their fair QR code.
